Working at Ice Cream Island is very flexible. We do our best to work around school, extra curricular, work and family commitments for each employee. Provided with enough time almost all time-off requests are approved.
We strive for a fun and positive environment where first-time job seekers can learn on-the job how to be a good team member and employee.
You can start working at Ice Cream Island at 13 years old as long as you complete the Manitoba Young Workers Readiness Certificate Course
