Ice Cream Island is proud to serve ranch raised beef produced by our own family. Our beef goes directly from the Circle Y Ranch in Southern Saskatchewan to the local processing facility here in Virden and directly into our freezer. We make our own patties and hand press them right on the grill. We believe this simple supply chain and minimal processing gives us the best possible ground beef to produce the best tasting burgers around. Try an Island Burger today! |
